Flotilla 24-1 in Bay City, Michigan

Welcome

Flotilla 24-01 is based in the Bay City, Michigan area.

Our monthly meetings are on the second Monday of the month at 1930 Eastern at the US Coast Guard Station in Essexville MI.  Alternately, you may attend a meeting virtually on ZOOM.  If you are interested in the Auxiliary, please use this email link and someone will contact you shortly.

We operate out of the United States Coast Guard Station Saginaw River and serve the
boating public in and around the Saginaw Bay region.

The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, with nearly 32,000 men and women, is a unique force that carries out an array of responsibilities touching almost every facet of the U.S. maritime environment.

The Coast Guard's motto is Semper Paratus, meaning "Always Ready."

The mission of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary is to contribute to the safety and security of our citizens, ports, waterways and coastal regions. We will balance our missions of Recreational Boating Safety and Coast Guard Support with Maritime Homeland Security and other challenges that emerge as a result of our growing understanding of changes required in the post-9/11 era.
